Mohammad Zamir Hussian is a Certified Career Analyst from Edumilestones, Certified Trainer, NLP Practitioner, Consultant, Award Assessor and Corporate Facilitator who focuses on helping people find fulfilment in what they do and follow a career path that would make their lives astonishingly productive.

One thing that has helped Zamir gain success in his career is having a ‘clear vision’ and, this is what he tries to bring out for his clients for them, along with openness to exploring new opportunities and networking by sharing knowledge and ideas through innovative training, coaching storytelling, career counselling, career guidance, self-reflection & introspection, empathetic conversations and post-training evaluations. He adopts effective questioning, and is solution-focused and provides an action-oriented approach.

He has more than 17 years of experience across various functions and across various industries. As a trainer and facilitator, he has trained more than 20,000 professionals of more than 50 different nationalities working at all levels of corporate and also bureaucrats. As a consultant, he has worked with 100+ clients on different business needs and as a career counsellor, he has started his journey recently to educate and empower individuals at an early age. He strongly believes in and user needs analysis and psychometric tools to identify his scope of work and provide the best solution for his clients.

Zamir holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Gulbarga University, Kalaburagi and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences. Zamir believes in continuous learning and have perused and peruses many courses on a continual basis.
